    $20 flat fee — applied toward the total cost if you choose to move forward with us

  • 3D, to-scale rendering of your space(s) complete with furniture

  • We handle the ordering of all (or select) products featured in your rendering, with scheduled delivery to ensure everything arrives on time and together — so your entire space can come to life in just one day!

  • Includes everything from Tier 2 and Tier 3, plus professional installation. We’ll take care of it all — removing old furniture and accessories, assembling and installing new pieces, and transforming your space in just one day!

    $28 per installer, per hour

Space Planning

A to-scale rendering of what your space(s) could look like! 

  • Professional Measurements | $10 | 1 Hour

  • Furniture, lighting, and accessory selection | $25 per hour spent on rendering/product curation

  • Average time for rendering —> 4 hours

Purchasing

Let us do the work!

  • We’ll meet with you to review the items you’d like to purchase from your rendering. From there, our team will handle everything — sourcing each product, placing the orders, and scheduling deliveries so everything arrives together. A streamlined, hassle-free process to bring your space to life.

  • $20 per hour spent

  • Average time on sourcing & purchasing —> 2.5 hours

Installation

White Glove, Professional Installs

  • Our install team will handle everything — from removing your old furniture to building and installing your new pieces with care. In just one day, your home will feel completely refreshed and ready to enjoy!

  • $28 per hour, per installer

  • Install time depends on the project but averages 4 hours
